Used/Opened Product: Due to health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on used or change of mind Sex Toys.
Due to variable customer personal demands, we cannot offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of our products. However we guarantee offering the accurate specifications and features given to us by our suppliers to help our customers consider their purchase.
Unopened Product: Buyer will pay postage. Item will need to come back in the same condition – unopened and sealed. All non-defective returns (for change of mind etc) must be posted with a tracking record at the cost of buyer.
Faulty/Shipping Damaged Goods: We offer a 60 Days Money Back or Replacement Warranty. If your product is found to be faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If we are unable to replace your product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value. Defective or faulty items (Dead on Arrival) within 15 days of customer receiving products, the return postage will be fully refunded.
All warranties do not cover the damage due to misuse, compatibility or physical damage

Before returning a faulty toy, we may first ask you a few simple questions
- Make sure you are using the correct batteries
- make sure the batteries have been inserted correctly
- hold controls for 3-5 seconds to turn on
- make sure the batteries are not wet or have moisture
- try new batteries
When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Reason why you are returning the product
- Please ensure adult products are clean before they are returned
